Education as Poverty Insurance

There is no guarantee in life. I can’t promise you wealth or riches.

What I can tell you is that you optimize your options when you have skills and socially accepted proof of proficiency such as certifications and degrees.

These often translate into higher wages. The more you are paid at the start of a job ; the better off you will be in the future.

This is the chart I drew for a client today showing the opportunity cost of taking a minimum wage at full-time with no education or only living on cash aid with no future plans … through attending a 4 yr program and starting a job. $2771.20 a month, by the way.

It is like life is a Choose Your Own Adventure.
