Boat People

Hidden in the Marina are the homeless who live on the boats of their friends when the boat is not in use. The Slip Fee is more if you are going to be living on your boat most of the time – but if you are homeless and know a few boat owners: you can go from small space to small space virtually free. There is a nice little bathroom on the docks and all you really need is a place to sleep. Weather at the Marina is mild and you almost never wish you had a fan – and as long as you have a blanket you can snuggle down and survive.
