San Gabriel Valley Homeless Services

In an article in the SGV Tribune, I found a letter to the editor about the Access Center. This is what I gleaned from their web page:
Community Access Center

The Community Access Center exists to meet the needs of homeless persons and those at-risk for homelessness, providing comprehensive, coordinated services under one roof. Here is a sampling of the services that are offered at the Center:
